The Wedding Optimisers is led by James Knight, a hospitality operator, business analyst and commercial troubleshooter with 20+ years’ experience across kitchens, events, catering, wedding delivery, commercial operations and business turnaround.
James has been a wedding business owner himself, helping build a start-up venue from its post-Covid launch to towards £1 million in annual revenue by 2025. That experience sits at the centre of The Wedding Optimisers: real bookings, real labour, real margins, real pressure and real commercial consequences.
